North Dakota, our home. I am proud to be a North Dakotan. Our culture is built on foundation of faith in God and fellow man. We have a strong ethic of work and excellence.
From the wheat fields to the city landscapes, North Dakota is pressing forward while the others may waver. Our identity as a State, as a people, is important. We must remember what feeds our success.
- Agriculture is the backbone of our culture and economy. Agriculture is our past, it is our present, and it is our future.
- Energy is the new life blood of our economy. North Dakota can set itself as a leader for the nation and world by how we develop and grow this industry.
- Faith and Family is what binds us together. Tomorrow will be sucessful because of the strength of our character that is influenced by our Faith in God and love of our families.
It is my commitment to continue these principles while working to build our State for the future.
